michael 58,

Over 23 years and counting.

"1989 noted small lump just below crease of right thigh. I was undergoing physiotherapy at the time to build up my R leg after patelectomy. We all thought it was a pulled muscle. This thing kept growing. Long story short. Ended up at the RMH Fulham in December 1992 for scans and by January 1993 had a very large tumour removed along with three quad muscles and my femoral nerve. Discussed radiotherapy and cemo and opted for just radiotherapy. Many stories between then and now but her to tell the World. Think positive and most of all keep your sense of humour. Its a long journey but worth the ride."

Thank you
